THE EMBODIED MAMA CURRICULUM:

Based on the element of the week you will be given daily, mini embodiment practices using a specific wisdom tool such as astrology, yoga, qigong, meditation and embodied play with unlimited access to my support through your entire process.

WEEK 2 - THE EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT & INTUITIVE MAMA (WATER)

  • Cultivate emotional stability with practices that compassionately allow you to feel and listen deeply
  • Feel more in touch with your body, gut instincts, and the empty vessel of your intuitive being
  • Dive into your senses and allow them to nourish your being with greater bliss and pleasure

WEEK 1 - THE PURPOSEFUL & MANIFESTING MAMA (EARTH)

  • Establish your inner foundation by connecting to your physical body and establishing your self-care needs
  • Begin to feel deeply connected, on purpose, and present to yourself and those around you
  • Ground into the magic of the Earth element and play with manifesting an abundant life

WEEK 4 - THE CONSCIOUS & LIGHT HEARTED MAMA (AIR)

  • Provoke and stimulate new thoughts and gracious conversations that deepen connection in relationships
  • Cultivate an open mindful presence that knows when to listen or speak as an act of service to the whole
  • Engage in healthy play and lighthearted entertainment to renew your essence and reconnect to your joy

WEEK 3 - THE ENTHUSIASTIC & THRIVING MAMA (FIRE)

  • Implement healthy practices that stoke your inner fire, move creative energy, and catalyze inspired action
  • Communicate with your heart open and show others how to be real and honest by being uniquely you
  • Connect to the inner strength within that takes accountability and fully participates in the co-creation of life
 

WEEK 5 - THE THRIVING & WHOLE EMBODIED MAMA (ETHER)

  • Reintegration of self and reconnection to your inner state of wholeness
  • Feel empowered, embodied and harmonious within your thriving body and being
  • Explore life as a playground and open to the enchantment of everyday life
